Alex has been involved in sport for as long as he can remember. From Little Athletics and football he has always kept fit and healthy. Although his athletic talents have not allowed him to dizzy massive heights of professional sport he was able to remain in a sporting environment by reaching out and becoming a football referee. This passion for football has pushed Alex into many interesting places including overseas trips and working at the top level in sport with professional athletes.
Throughout his years of keeping fit he had the realisation that fitness is not just about keeping the weight off, but also about improving ones strength, cardio fitness and overall well-being. Alex's journey into personal training has already shown him that the body is highly dependent on how you treat it and it responds appropriately. A healthy diet with hard training will enhance both your physical and mental well-being.
Alex has an incredibly loyal following of clients ranging from age 14 to 65.

Sam's bright bubbly personality shines through when training her clients. Sam has had a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle since an early age when she was a State cross country runner in Victoria. All her life she has engaged in competitive sports and gym work. With a background in retail and fashion working with some of Australia’s best known brands, Sam has an understanding of corporate life and demands. She understands the need to keep fit and healthy to face the challenges of everyday life. As a wife and mum she also appreciates healthy lifestyles relating to families. Sam loves being a Personal Trainer and is qualified in a broad range of classes and services. She enjoys people engagement and is inspired by her clients’ success.
Sam is a shining example of what health and fitness looks like for a busy mom of 2 - and boy do the kids love her Boot Camp classes on school holidays!

Michelle is extremely passionate about both fitness and wellness. Her positivity and enthusiasm for helping others shines through in her fun and varied workouts and dedication to helping clients reach their goals. A gymnast turned cheerleader turned yoga and Pilates enthusiast, she loves the way exercise makes her feel inside and out, and has a strong belief in mind over matter.
She has worked with clients from all different backgrounds and walks of life to help them achieve their individual goals and also help them to enjoy movement and love their bodies. Michelle offers one-on-one Pilates sessions as well as PT sessions.
Currently studying naturopathy, she takes a holistic approach to health when training and coaching and is passionate about helping people realise that good nutrition isn’t complicated and that it doesn’t need to follow trends.
