Due to the overwhelming demand our next Pilates series is available for sign up!
Starting Sunday October 7th at 10.00am.
This unique program is being offered on Sunday mornings so participants can benefit from the quiet exclusive studio space. Classes will run for 60 minutes and are suitable for all fitness levels. Class numbers are strictly limited to enable our Pilates Instructor, Veronica, to interact with each person.
The health benefits of Pilates include:
- increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘core muscles’ of your body)
- improved flexibility
- balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body
